In our situational coaching, special leadershi-, negotiation-, crisis-, stress- and conflict situations, e.g. between supervisory board and management/board of directors and between management colleagues, can be pro-actively tackled together. The setting is open-ended and possible side effects are unavoidable. Situational coaching usually takes place once, is completed in one day (usually about 3 to 5 hours) and is accompanied by several experienced coaches and, if necessary, other experts. It should be embedded in a preparatory and subsequent coaching or governance process.
In this emotionally intensive ILD coaching setting, participants face each other in a protected space and are coached through a challenging situation using special crisis and intervention techniques.
