Megatrends such as a constantly changing world of work, demographics, digitalization, new organizational forms and generations require a realignment of cooperation and leadership. Based on the proprietary concept The 4Cs of Leadership®, the four essential key competencies of cooperation and leadership – Conflict, Communication, Change & Accountability, Coaching as Style of Cooperation and Leadership – are placed at the center of this qualification.
You will be enabled to recognize your own abilities and potentials by means of internationally scientifically standardized, evidence-based profiling, to reflect on your own attitude and emotions, and to develop your behavior in a targeted manner in relation to yourself and others. This takes place in a business context with a focus on your personal challenges in the perception of your leadership role in your organization.
Qualification with a high level of practical relevance: You will be trained by experienced HR business partners from renowned companies as well as professors and lecturers from the field of human resources. In addition to teaching theory, we ensure a high level of practical relevance with an overarching exchange of insider knowledge, trends and experience. The training is offered as an in-house concept or as individual, in-service coaching (subject- and role-related). The six modules can be booked individually and last two days each.

ILD program at the bbw university
All modules of this ILD qualification are held together with our cooperation partner the Hochschule des Bildungswerkes Berlin Brandenburg (bbw) as a face-to-face or online format.
Each participant has the option of individual profiling in our protected 4C’s key competencies incl. result feedback and initial coaching. This 4C’s Profiling® usually takes place in preparation for the modules and serves as self-reflection in a leadership context. In addition, there is the possibility of individual supervision between the modules.
The lecturers are nationally and internationally experienced top executives of well-known companies as well as professors and lecturers (business executives, not trainers).
In the modules, participants can bring in their own leadership cases/role-related challenges to work on together in a confidential environment. The inclusion of external case providers (from business areas) takes place depending on the focus of the modules.
In this way, in addition to conveying the latest knowledge on collaboration and leadership, a high level of practical relevance (from practitioners for practitioners) is ensured, the use of proven tools (instruments/techniques) is practiced, and an exchange of insider knowledge, new trends and experiences across companies and industries is promoted.

ILD and the University of Applied Sciences of the bbw Bildungswerk der Wirtschaft in Berlin und Brandenburg (responsible body: the regional employers’ associations) continue their successful cooperation in the new “Executive Format”. It includes particularly high-quality further education for specialists and executives at an academic level with a high level of practical competence. Here, the bbw University of Applied Sciences and ILD, as well as other well-known business partners, are working together more closely.
The in-house qualification of a group at the customer’s premises is a form of intensive training with eight to twelve participants that has been tried and tested for years. It takes place as a face-to-face event at the customer’s premises or as an online format. This format is only offered by ILD.
Here we combine individual qualification in the form of coaching with team development. This format is designed individually for the client and carried out in-house. Separate price concept. Please feel free to contact us.
