Take advantage of this opportunity to reposition yourself: learn how to bundle HR issues interprofesionally, align them strategically and solve problems more effectively. The HR Business Partner 4.0 qualification makes you fit in all relevant HR topics.
An HR Business Partner 4.0™ is much more than an old-school HR professional. As a partner at eye level, he is at the same time a strategic architect, organizational developer, consultant and coach as well as a talent manager with a deep understanding of the business. The modular, certified ILD qualification for HR Business Partner 4.0 focuses on role-related competence development. We teach current HR methods, techniques and processes and initiate a cross-industry exchange of experiences. The qualification is aimed at young as well as experienced experts and managers in HR and business functions.
You will be trained by experienced HR business partners from renowned companies as well as professors and lecturers from the field of human resources. In addition to teaching theory, we ensure a high level of practical relevance with an overarching exchange of insider knowledge, trends and experience. The training is offered as an in-house concept or as individual, in-service coaching (subject- and role-related). The six modules can be booked individually and last two days each.
“Successful HR work is a question of attitude! For this reason, we have for years regularly taken advantage of the opportunity to provide our HR Business Partners with unique impulses for role-specific further development in ILD’s open HRBP program at the bbw Hochschule. (…) The consistently positive feedback from all our participants encourages us to gladly continue this joint path with ILD.”
Stefan Moschko | Head of HR Germany, Siemens AG
“The presentation of a real case as part of the HR Business Partner qualification was also a great experience for me as a case giver. The open exchange with the participants gave me new impulses, exciting suggestions for solutions and also really creative ideas that led to ‘thinking out of the box’. I am impressed by everything that happens in this training and the high level of qualification and certification. Keep it up!”
Dr. Michael Pfeil | Site Head Dessau + Biotechnology/Vice President, Merz Pharma
“The combination of theoretical knowledge transfer and practical cases, always customer-oriented and highly professional, inspired me. Since there was always time and space for the group to share their experiences, valuable impulses broadened their own view and strengthened their attitude. Great group dynamics, intensive exchange in a feel-good atmosphere. Thank you very much, ILD!”
Sarina Blume | HR Business Partner, Cornelsen Publishing Group
“I now look deeper, have a greater understanding for others and also for myself and my actions. It was a great qualification with a lot of heart and soul and commitment from the ILD instructors. And in the end I can say: I have developed attitude and impact – phenomenal and repeatedly confirmed by my business!”
Susan Benack | HR BP Siemens AG
The ILD qualification as HRBP is basically carried out in 6 modules – including profilings and initial evaluations. Depending on your needs, this will be specifically tailored to your company-related requirements. Here, a joint needs analysis as well as a content-related and methodological focus is carried out in advance. If desired, the ILD qualification can also be geared to the entire HR team and conducted as a development program for the HR team.
Proven modules and contents can be:
Company-specific concepts (Inhouse)
We as ILD also qualify with customized concepts at your site, please contact us directly. All modules of this ILD qualification are held as a face-to-face or online format.
Each participant has the option of individual profiling in our protected 4C’s key competencies incl. result feedback and initial coaching. This 4C’s Profiling® usually takes place in preparation for the modules and serves as self-reflection in a leadership context. In addition, there is the possibility of individual supervision between the modules.
The lecturers are nationally and internationally experienced top executives of well-known companies as well as professors and lecturers (business executives, not trainers).
In the modules, participants can bring in their own leadership cases/role-related challenges to work on together in a confidential environment. The inclusion of external case providers (from business areas) takes place depending on the focus of the modules.
In this way, in addition to imparting current knowledge regarding collaboration & leadership, a high level of practical & tool relevance (from practitioners for practitioners) is ensured, the use of proven tools (instruments/techniques) is practiced, and a cross-company and cross-industry exchange of insider knowledge, new trends and experiences is promoted.
