This year’s finally confirmed nominees are …
Once again this year, our independent jury—comprising experienced leaders, entrepreneurs, and past award recipients serving on a voluntary basis—has selected the nominees for the ILD Leadership Award from a wide range of submissions. The nominees represent diverse industries and company sizes—spanning everything from medium-sized family businesses, the arts and culture sector, and public-sector employers to international corporations—as well as a variety of leadership backgrounds.
Which individuals the jury ultimately selects for each award category and chooses to honor via secret ballot will remain a secret until the awards ceremony itself. It is only then that this year’s award recipients will be officially announced.
Reaching the final nomination stage is an honor in itself. It recognizes outstanding leadership achievements and reflects the appreciation shown by mentors, supporters, and the independent jury.
