Giving constructive feedback, addressing disturbances respectfully but clearly, setting impulses, pointing out solutions and implementing them characterize him. He is a highly experienced executive, change, communication & master conflict coach.

As a former competitive athlete, Frank Strathus is still active. When playing tennis, golf or beach volleyball, he admits to rather average talents. Walking the dog clears his head for inspiration. And over a nice meal in convivial company, the family man likes to discuss things with good friends.

Kerstin Wilke advises and supports companies in the transformation of finance, leadership, culture and organization. With appreciation and empathy, she quickly builds a trusting relationship with her clients. She is enthusiastic about rethinking development formats and leadership tools. She brings her keen powers of observation and precise analysis to the design and implementation of concepts, with the goal of safely placing development measures and unleashing potential. As an economist with practical experience and a healthy pragmatism, she attaches great importance to the ability to implement.

Kerstin is a family man and an enthusiastic nature lover. She can often be found gardening, searching for new treasures in the plant market, playing with her family or sitting in the sun with a good book.

As a management consultant, Arndt Kempen supports organizations on their way into the future. He is enthusiastic about new forms of leadership, strategy and organization and is convinced that the decisive factor for success is not only to design an organization consistently, but also to live it in daily leadership actions.

For Arndt, leadership and organizational design are two sides of the same coin, and effective leadership is a question of attitude. In his consulting work, he therefore combines a systemic understanding of organization with a focus on people as the center of economic action. As an economist and executive coach, Arndt’s focus is on issues of corporate management, strategy development and the further development of leadership skills. It is important to him that conceptual ideas and solutions are put into practice.

When Arndt Kempen is not on the road for the Institute for Leadership Dynamics, he can be found on excursions with his wife and two daughters, running along the Mauerweg or socializing with friends. As a child of the Ruhr region, he still eagerly awaits the results of VfL Bochum or discovers culinary highlights in his new home of Berlin.

She empathically supports you on your way to turn employees into a well-coordinated and high-performing team, financial experts into valued finance business partners and leaders into leaders! With international workshop and coaching experience – from the Philippines to Canada. Multicultural – in German and English. She shows further expertise as a trainer in the area of “presentation techniques – out of the box”.

As professionally so privately. Sabine loves to spend her free time with her friends and her son. With hours of conversation, cooking together and a glass of white wine. She likes photography and in the Jungfernheide you can meet her either with sneakers or Nordic Walking sticks.

After serving in the German Armed Forces for12 years as a captain and company commander, Stefan Schönholz completed a complete career transition in the HR field up to Labor Director, VP HR and international HR Business Partner. He is a highly experienced executive & master conflict coach.

In addition to his expertise from many years of international HR work, Stefan has an extensive network due to his activities as an honorary judge at regional labor courts, on the (regional) board of the DGFP and on the board of health insurance companies and employers’ associations.
He devoted himself with particular interest to the topic of “good leadership”, which is why he founded the Institute for Leadership Dynamics together with Frank Strathus in 2011.
Thinking not in terms of problems but in terms of solutions and being in love with success aptly describes his optimistic outlook and pragmatic approach.
In addition to writing, cooking (and eating well), the un-retired man is driven by traveling in his motor home.
