The goal of the training is to enable you to diagnose the Entrepreneur Profile of individuals and teams based on the scientifically standardized Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile™ method developed in the USA, and to initiate role-based consulting or targeted coaching to develop entrepreneurial competencies. Through the internationally certified Entrepreneur Coach™ training, you will expand your business portfolio in your role and be able to use the EMP Method® commercially.

Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile™.

Successful entrepreneurship is based on the interplay of the entrepreneur’s personality, skills and experience. The Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile™ (EMP) is a unique, proprietary test procedure developed by the Leadership Development Institute, Eckerd College, USA, to measure 14 critical personality traits and skills. It is characterized by ease of use and good visual presentation of results.
