An HR Business Partner 4.0™ is much more than an old-school HR professional. As a partner at eye level, he is at the same time a strategic architect, organizational developer, consultant and coach as well as a talent manager with a deep understanding of the business. The modular, certified ILD qualification for HR Business Partner 4.0 focuses on role-related competence development. We teach current HR methods, techniques and processes and initiate a cross-industry exchange of experiences. The qualification is aimed at young as well as experienced experts and managers in HR and business functions.
You will be trained by experienced HR business partners from renowned companies. In addition to teaching theory, we ensure a high level of practical relevance with an overarching exchange of insider knowledge, trends and experience. The training is offered as an in-house concept, in-service coaching (subject- and role-related). The six modules last one to two days each.
The ILD qualification as an HRBP is generally carried out in several COMPACT modules (intensive qualification) – including individual profiling, initial evaluations and a personal online coaching session.
Important note: A minimum number of 6 and a maximum number of 10 participants must be taken into account when organising the modules.
Depending on your requirements, the qualification programme can also be tailored specifically to your company’s needs. In this case, a joint needs analysis is carried out in advance and the content and methodology are prioritised. On request, the ILD qualification can also be geared towards the entire HR team and carried out as a development programme for the HR team.
Participants who complete the compact modules in full, including the successful final day and examination day, receive certification as HRBP.
