The LIFO method helps people to better understand themselves and others in communication. It is used to analyse preferences in communication in different situations. The variety and diversity of individual style characteristics result in opportunities, challenges and also conflicts when people work together. The LINC Personality Profile is an effective personality analysis with the BIG FIVE personality test – implemented according to the latest psychological standards.
