Lencioni), various individual profiling of all team members, an intensive coaching and workshop process takes place in the team context on the topics of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results. Our service is based on your business strategy, the key objectives derived from it and the individual profiling of all team members. On this basis, we diagnose the essential key competences and thus support personal self-reflection. Based on the method The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®️ (P. Lencioni), an individual coaching process is used to define individual learning objectives and development measures in the team context (own role and effectiveness in the team.) Using an anonymised team profile, we develop a team vision, team values, objectives and specific action plans, for example to create trust and establish a constructive culture of conflict and feedback. The workshop results are always matched with the business goals and ideally the implementation is measured using a developed teaming scorecard and its KPIs. The transformation of the team should be accompanied in the best possible way via follow-up workshops.
