Championship needs Leader- & Teamship

We are a committed sponsor of the 1st men’s field hockey team of SCC. On 26.06.22 we celebrated together with the team the promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga! Congratulations again!

As Michael Jordan (former basketball player) said: “Talent wins a match – teamwork and intelligence win championships”. As in sports so in business!

Real teamwork only comes about through trust, open communication and a focus on the common goal. And this requires leadership. That means a team leader/trainer who builds up the team, promotes it and consistently leads it to the goal! Because everyone is only as good as his team!
